The origins of Skiing

There is something elegant about efficient cross country ski technique. Cruising along the prepared track with the sound of the baskets from the ski poles pushing you forward, you can certainly cover some distance on these thin, lightweight skis. Whether it is Classic technique or Skating (freestyle), there are some fantastic places here in the Arlberg to cross country ski and of course the views are stunning!
